Terms of Use

The rules for using businesscreditpartners.com and the partner portal.

Last updated October 30, 2026 · Version 0.1

Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Business Credit Partners ("BCP," "we," "us"). They cover businesscreditpartners.com and portal.businesscreditpartners.com (together, the "Site").

You accept these Terms when you check the box that says you agree, or when you use the Site after we show you these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy, SMS Terms and Electronic Records Consent are part of these Terms.

Who can use the Site

To use the Site or join the interest list, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and an adult under the law where you live;
  • live in the United States;
  • give us true, current and complete information about yourself;
  • act only for yourself. Do not submit a form for someone else.

What the Site is, and what it is not

The program is not open. The credit partner program is a proposed program. Our attorneys are reviewing it. It may change, and it may not launch. Today the Site runs an interest list only. Enrollment and credit applications are closed.

Nothing on the Site is an offer. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a contract or a promise of any role, approval, credit, funding or pay. Joining the interest list does not enroll you in anything. Only a written agreement that you and we both sign can set program terms. If you sign one, that agreement controls over these Terms.

Not an offer of securities. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security or investment.

What we are not. We are not a lender, a bank or a credit card issuer. Lenders decide who is approved, for how much and on what terms. We are not a credit repair company, and we do not dispute, remove or "fix" anything on credit reports. We do not give legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Talk to your own attorney and tax adviser before you sign anything.

No fees to join. We do not charge a fee to join the interest list or the program.

Personal guarantee. A credit partner signs lenders' personal guarantees. A lender can hold a guarantor personally liable for the debt. Our Risks and Disclosures pages explain this. Please read them.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Do not type a Social Security number, account number or password into any form or message. We will never ask for your passwords or for codes your bank sends you.

Texts and emails

If you check the text message box, you agree to receive the texts described in our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help.

We may email you about the interest list, your request and, if you are a partner, your account. You can stop non-required emails at any time.

Portal accounts and security

  • The portal is by invitation only.
  • You sign in with a code sent to your email and a code sent by text to your phone. Keep these codes private. Our team will never ask you for them.
  • Do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity on your account that you allow.
  • Tell us right away at hello@businesscreditpartners.com if you think someone else has used your account or codes.
  • We may suspend access to protect you or the Site, for example after repeated wrong codes.

Portal information has limits. The portal shows available account and payment information with the time it was last updated. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always confirm balances, due dates and payment status directly with each lender or card issuer. Their records control. The portal is view only. You cannot make or schedule payments in it.

Connected services

Some features use other companies. For example, Plaid connects bank and card accounts and may verify identity, and a credit monitoring service lets you share your credit report. These companies have their own terms and privacy policies, and you deal with them directly when you use them. We are not responsible for their services. You can disconnect an account in the portal at any time.

Rules for using the Site

You agree not to:

  1. give false or misleading information, or use another person's identity, Social Security number, or a credit privacy number (CPN);
  2. submit a form for someone else, or create more than one interest list entry for yourself;
  3. try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
  4. probe, scan or test our security, or get around rate limits, code checks or bot checks;
  5. request codes for phone numbers that are not yours, or send automated requests to our code or form pages;
  6. copy or collect data from the Site with bots, scrapers or similar tools;
  7. upload or send viruses or harmful code;
  8. use the Site in a way that breaks any law, or to harass or harm anyone;
  9. use our name, logo or content in a way that suggests we endorse you.

We may remove content, block access or end your access if you break these rules.

What you send us

You confirm that what you send us is true and that you have the right to send it. You allow us to use it to run the Site and the program as our Privacy Policy describes. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you, but we will not identify you without your permission.

Our content

The Site, including its text, design, logos and software, belongs to BCP or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, change or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission. "Business Credit Partners" and our logo are our marks.

Changes to the Site

We may change, pause or stop any part of the Site or the interest list at any time. We will try to give notice of major changes, but we cannot promise that the Site will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Content on the Site is general information, not advice for your situation. We do not promise any outcome, approval, credit limit, score, timing or amount of funding or pay.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, that come from your use of the Site;
  • our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100.

These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for our fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or for violating the law. These limits apply only to the Site. If you sign a program agreement, that agreement sets the duties and remedies between us for the program.

Your responsibility for misuse

If you break section 8 on purpose and that causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Ending access

You can stop using the Site at any time and ask us to close your portal access. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or if the program does not launch. Sections 3, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19 and 22 continue after access ends.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the portal before it takes effect, when we can. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. A change to section 19 does not apply to a dispute we already know about.

Governing law

The laws of the State of California and applicable federal law govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court case must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law of your state gives you the right to sue where you live.

Resolving disputes

First, talk to us. Before filing any claim, send a short written notice to hello@businesscreditpartners.com and to our mailing address describing the problem and what you want. We will do the same if we have a claim against you. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

If we cannot resolve it, either of us may file in small claims court if the claim qualifies, or in the courts named in section 18. Nothing in these Terms stops you from contacting any government agency.

Electronic records and signatures

You agree that we can give you notices and records electronically, and that checking a box or typing your name is your signature, as our Electronic Records Consent explains. You can ask for a paper copy.

Notices

We send notices to the email address you gave us or post them in the portal. Send notices to us at hello@businesscreditpartners.com and, for legal notices, also by mail to our mailing address, available on request at hello@businesscreditpartners.com.

Other terms

  • These Terms, with the policies named in section 1, are the full agreement about the Site. A signed program agreement controls for the program.
  • If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the Site, if it keeps these Terms.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • Headings are for convenience only.

Disclosures, in plain sentences

Interest list only. Enrollment and credit applications are closed. The proposed program is under legal review and may change or may not launch. This site describes a proposed program whose terms may change. BCP does not make credit decisions, does not submit applications for you, and does not dispute, repair or coach changes to your credit. What we do and do not do

The borrower is a business owned by BCP, one LLC per partner. You apply on its behalf in your actual officer capacity and personally guarantee its debt. Each lender's documents identify the borrower and your obligations. The lender can hold you personally liable for the debt. The business is responsible under our agreement for making payments. It may fail to pay. Your obligations to the lender remain enforceable under the lender's documents.

Autopay can fail. A reserve can run out. An indemnity is only as good as the company behind it. None of these changes what you owe a lender. No guarantee of approval, credit limits or timing. Only lenders decide eligibility, amounts and terms.

BCP charges no enrollment fee. Any third-party subscription, legal cost or other expense is disclosed before you incur it, along with who pays it. The credit monitoring service we use may pay us a referral fee when you enroll through our link. If a credit report is ever needed, we'll explain why and who sees it, and ask for your written permission first. We will never ask for your passwords or codes. If anyone claiming to be us does, do not reply and tell us at hello@businesscreditpartners.com. Education only, not legal, tax or financial advice. Read the full disclosures
