Electronic Records Consent

How we give you records electronically, how to get paper copies and how to withdraw consent.

Last updated October 30, 2026 · Version 0.1

Business Credit Partners ("BCP," "we," "us"), would like to give you agreements, notices and other records electronically, and to let you sign them electronically. Please read this before you agree.

How we will give you records

We will post records in your partner portal and email you when something new is ready. Some records may be sent to you through our electronic signature tool. Records stay in your portal for as long as you have access, and you can download or print them at any time.

Paper copies

You may ask for a paper copy of any record, at any time, at no charge. Email hello@businesscreditpartners.com or write to our mailing address, available on request at hello@businesscreditpartners.com. We will mail it within 10 business days. Asking for a paper copy does not withdraw your consent.

You can change your mind

You can withdraw this consent at any time, for no fee, by emailing hello@businesscreditpartners.com or writing to our mailing address. Withdrawal takes effect within 5 business daysafter we receive it. Records we sent before that stay valid.

What happens if you withdraw: we will send future records on paper by mail. choose one and delete the other.

  • Because the program runs through the portal, withdrawing may slow down signing and reviews. It does not end your agreement, and it does not change what you owe any lender.

You do not have to agree to electronic records. If you do not agree, ask us and we will work with you on paper.

Keep your contact information current

Tell us right away if your email address changes. Update it by emailing hello@businesscreditpartners.com from your old address, or by mail. If an email to you bounces, we will try another way, such as a text asking you to check your portal or a letter.

What you need

To get, open and keep electronic records you need:

  • a device with internet access;
  • a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, with JavaScript and cookies turned on for our portal;
  • software that opens PDF files, such as the one built into most browsers and phones;
  • an email account you can reach;
  • a mobile phone that can receive texts, for portal sign-in codes (or another sign-in method we agree on);
  • a printer, or enough storage on your device to save copies.

If these needs change in a way that could stop you from opening or keeping records, we will tell you the new needs before we send records that require them, and you can withdraw this consent with no fee.

Check that you can open our records

Before you agree in the portal, we ask you to open a sample record and type the short code word it shows. This shows that you can open the kind of file we will use.

Your agreement

  • I have read this consent. I can open the sample record. I agree to receive records and sign electronically as described above.
  • separate, optional boxI also agree to receive my tax forms, such as Form 1099, electronically. If I do not check this box, my tax forms will come by mail.

You can save or print this page to keep a copy.

Disclosures, in plain sentences

Interest list only. Enrollment and credit applications are closed. The proposed program is under legal review and may change or may not launch. This site describes a proposed program whose terms may change. BCP does not make credit decisions, does not submit applications for you, and does not dispute, repair or coach changes to your credit. What we do and do not do

The borrower is a business owned by BCP, one LLC per partner. You apply on its behalf in your actual officer capacity and personally guarantee its debt. Each lender's documents identify the borrower and your obligations. The lender can hold you personally liable for the debt. The business is responsible under our agreement for making payments. It may fail to pay. Your obligations to the lender remain enforceable under the lender's documents.

Autopay can fail. A reserve can run out. An indemnity is only as good as the company behind it. None of these changes what you owe a lender. No guarantee of approval, credit limits or timing. Only lenders decide eligibility, amounts and terms.

BCP charges no enrollment fee. Any third-party subscription, legal cost or other expense is disclosed before you incur it, along with who pays it. The credit monitoring service we use may pay us a referral fee when you enroll through our link. If a credit report is ever needed, we'll explain why and who sees it, and ask for your written permission first. We will never ask for your passwords or codes. If anyone claiming to be us does, do not reply and tell us at hello@businesscreditpartners.com. Education only, not legal, tax or financial advice. Read the full disclosures
